Three airport workers were arrested in New Delhi yesterday for stealing cargo from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The men, all cargo loaders, were found with 106 Chinese mobile phones worth Rs150,000 (US$330).
After Wynn Telecom reported the theft last week, an investigation was begun into handling company Shakti Cargo and Logistics. A review of CCTV footage identified Pramod Kumar Jha and Mohan
Singh as the culprits.
The two had only worked for Shakti Cargo for three weeks.
Four of the phones had been handed over to an associate, Vinod Kumar, who was also arrested.
